Janitorial Manager (Grand Island, NE)

The janitorial manager plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all facility users. This position is responsible for overseeing janitorial staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of custodial staff to ensure efficient operations. Perform industrial cleaning tasks including buffing floors, deep cleaning carpets, and maintaining restroom facilities. Oversee commercial cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Experience Proven experience in janitorial services or facilities maintenance is required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Monday
