In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining spotless environments, inspecting areas for quality assurance, and supporting the overall guest experience. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment Conduct detailed inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care procedures to keep surfaces spotless and safe Manage janitorial supplies inventory, ensuring all cleaning materials are stocked and properly stored Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to handle larger or more challenging messes Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling, training new staff, and coordinating cleaning assignments Report maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during inspections to appropriate departments promptly Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and housekeeping management principles is a plus Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction Join us in creating clean, welcoming environments that make every guest feel at home!
