Managed by an hospitality company, the resort prides itself on delivering exceptional service and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for both guests and staff. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the housekeeping manger in leading our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise housekeeping staff, and ensure that all areas of the resort meet our quality expectations. Your leadership will help create a pristine environment that enhances our guests' experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all resort areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and custodial tasks. Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure consistent adherence to cleaning standards, safety protocols, and hospitality best practices. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met or exceeded. Motivate team members to achieve operational goals. Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution. Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, supplies usage, and staff performance. May be required to join housekeeping teams as well as step in for houseman if needed Responsible for creating team workloads in the absence of the housekeeping manager Requirements Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, commercial cleaning equipment, and safety standards. Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff and interact professionally with guests. Leadership qualities such as organization, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
