Supervisor Environmental Services- Full Time (Harrahs Atlantic City)

Two (2) years prior experience in a supervisory capacity. High School graduate or equivalent in experience. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and procedures.

NJ CER REQUIRED

Responsible for training of Marble Cleaning Specialists, Heavy Duty Cleaning Specialists and Casino Cleaning Persons and Supply Room Attendants. Administers policies and procedures. Ensures fair treatment in accordance with company and departmental policies. Supervises the signing in and out of all keys. Schedules cleaning staff and assigns duties for cleaning of hotel and casino areas. Responsible for checking work of crew to ensure proper level of cleanliness. A security escort is required should these persons perform these functions in a restricted casino area. May assist with scheduling and payroll input/tracking for Wardrobe staff and/or supervise a shift in the absence of the Wardrobe Supervisor.
