Cleaning Full Job Description Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager overseeing Linen and Custodial services for Cooper Medical Center, located in Camden, New Jersey. This is a day shift position, with some weekends and holidays as business needs dictate, overseeing a team of 25. This position will report to a General Manager on

• site.

Cooper is a Level 1 Trauma Center with extremely high volume. Our Sodexo Healthcare housekeeping and linen teams work to direct custodial operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction. At Sodexo Healthcare, patients are the heart of everything we do.

What You'll Do:

be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores; need to have floor care experience in a custodial and housekeeping setting; provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives; support an inclusive workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience
• 2 years Minimum Functional Experience
• 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
