Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor and lead the cleaning operations that create welcoming, spotless environments for our guests. In this energetic role, you'll oversee daily housekeeping activities, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction by maintaining pristine guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality expertise with supervisory skills in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. This position is primarily 2 days a week minimum of Supervising duties, the other 3 days will be Room Attendant. As business levels increase, you will be assigned more days as Supervisor, working along side HSKP Manager, as needed. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to uphold cleanliness, safety, and quality standards Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels based on occupancy rates and operational needs Address guest requests or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and standards Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Knowledge of floor care methods, industrial cleaning equipment, and custodial best practices Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, inventories, and quality control processes Strong communication abilities to coordinate with other departments and address guest needs effectively Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and hotel operations management Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating memorable stays by leading a dedicated housekeeping team committed to excellence!

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
