Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high standards of hygiene and safety, and motivate your team to maintain a welcoming environment for all guests. Your leadership will be vital in creating a spotless, comfortable atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality cleaning standards Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to verify cleanliness, safety, and adherence to hotel policies Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain operational readiness Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff, providing feedback, and resolving any performance or guest-related issues promptly Implement and monitor health and safety regulations related to janitorial and industrial cleaning practices Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep cleans during low occupancy periods Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning Prior supervisory or management experience in hospitality or related industries is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, safety procedures, and best practices for maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively and handle guest concerns professionally Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods while performing cleaning duties Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Join us in creating a pristine environment where guests feel valued and comfortable! $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
