Job Description
PCS is hiring an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor in Ocean City, NJ. This position is working management position. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of the specialty services staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules. Conduct regular inspections of floors and carpets to assess cleanliness and identify areas needing attention. Oversee floor care procedures, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning. Train and mentor team members on best practices. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure all tools are in good working condition. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations in all operations. Address customer inquiries or concerns regarding floorcare promptly and professionally. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service consistently. Experience Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment used in floorcare services. Previous supervisory experience is a plus; the ability to lead a team effectively is essential. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively. Knowledge of safety practices related to cleaning chemicals and equipment operation.
