Description Private family in Henderson, Nevada is hiring an experienced Executive Housekeeper to maintain a 7,500 sq ft estate at the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. This is a long-term opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who understands luxury household service and can operate with discretion, efficiency, and a strong sense of ownership. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for all aspects of daily and deep cleaning, ensuring the home remains polished and guest-ready at all times. This includes maintaining all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, as well as properly caring for high-end finishes, furnishings, and materials throughout the home. Laundry and wardrobe care are a major component of this role. Responsibilities include washing, ironing, steaming, folding, and properly storing clothing, linens, and specialty fabrics. The candidate must have experience handling delicate, couture, and luxury garments with precision, as well as maintaining closets, organizing wardrobe systems, and assisting with seasonal rotations and inventory. The role also includes organizing pantries and storage areas, maintaining household systems, and supporting special projects such as deep cleaning, event preparation, and overall household readiness. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high standard environment are essential. This is a collaborative household. The Executive Housekeeper will work closely with the nanny, estate staff, and other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Clear communication, flexibility, and a team-first mindset are required. The home includes two small dogs, and light pet-related support may be needed. This is a private, high-net-worth household. The candidate must maintain strict confidentiality at all times, demonstrate professionalism and discretion, and be comfortable working in a high-standard, service-driven environment. A Non-Disclosure Agreement will be required prior to employment. The ideal candidate is polished, reliable, highly organized, and experienced in private homes, with a strong understanding of luxury household expectations and service standards.
