Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel or hospitality settings and possess strong leadership skills to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to address housekeeping needs
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel, custodial, or housekeeping management
- Knowledge of floor care, industrial cleaning, and hospitality industry standards
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
