In this vital role, you will oversee the quality of housekeeping services across our property, supervise staff, and uphold the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Your proactive approach will help maintain an inviting environment that exceeds expectations and promotes a positive experience for all visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a vibrant hospitality setting. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and quality standards Supervise and support housekeeping staff, providing guidance on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and customer service excellence Monitor adherence to industrial cleaning protocols and janitorial best practices to maintain hygienic environments Manage laundry operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of linens and guest clothing Enforce safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment use, and workplace safety to protect staff and guests Coordinate with management to schedule cleaning tasks, track inventory of cleaning supplies, and optimize workflow efficiency Lead team meetings to communicate expectations, provide training on new procedures, and foster a culture of continuous improvement Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments Extensive janitorial or industrial cleaning background with knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety standards Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, including training staff and overseeing daily operations Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards related to cleanliness, laundry services, and guest satisfaction Strong understanding of safety regulations pertinent to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety protocols Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or similar roles emphasizing team supervision and quality control Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms spaces into pristine environments that guests love.
