Housekeeping Inspector

Position Summary We're seeking a Housekeeping Inspector for the busy season to join our team and help ensure our guest rooms and public areas meet our brand standards for cleanliness, comfort, and appearance. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a sharp eye for detail, and is looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership role within the housekeeping department. •This is a seasonal position, but could become permanent should we find the right candidate. Our busy season is May until the end of November. Key Responsibilities Inspect guest rooms and public spaces for cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards Provide feedback and support to room attendants and housekeeping staff to maintain quality and efficiency Report and follow up on maintenance and inventory issues Assist with training new team members and reinforcing standard operating procedures Support the rooms division manager with scheduling, supply orders, and daily assignments as needed Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure excellent service delivery Qualifications Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and teamwork skills Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Leadership potential and interest in growing into a management role Computer skills This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-30 pounds. You will also lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions. This position requires open weekend availability.
