This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in an upscale boutique environment and understands the importance of personalized service, operational excellence, and elevated guest experiences.

What you'll be doing Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Rooms Operations Ensure exceptional luxury-level guest experiences and service consistency Lead and mentor department managers and team members with a hands-on approach Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction scores, and online reputation management Partner with executive leadership to drive operational performance and profitability Maintain Forbes-style attention to detail throughout the guest journey Manage labor controls, scheduling, payroll, and departmental budgets Coordinate closely with Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Sales teams Implement training initiatives and SOPs that enhance service culture and operational efficiency Handle VIP arrivals, guest recovery situations, and service escalations professionally What you bring to the table Previous Director of Rooms or senior Rooms Division leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels Strong boutique or upscale hospitality background preferred Full-service hotel experience required Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence Exceptional guest service and communication skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced New York City hospitality environment Experience with luxury service standards and guest personalization Strong organizational, operational, and team development skills
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
