Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Monitor daily operations, assign duties, and manage schedules to optimize team productivity Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality standards Oversee laundry and custodial services, ensuring proper handling and timely completion of tasks Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction Experience Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or janitorial services within a hotel or hospitality environment Strong background in cleaning techniques, including commercial cleaning and custodial work Experience with laundry operations and maintaining hygiene standards in hospitality settings Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards and best practices in housekeeping management Familiarity with safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use Join us in creating inviting spaces where guests feel valued and cared for!
