Schedule Requirements:

Must be reliable with flexible availability; weekends are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the daily operations of the housekeeping team Train team members on brand standards, safety procedures, and job duties Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met Assign daily boards, distribute keys, and manage staff workflow Address and resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping services Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Report maintenance issues and track repairs as needed Follow up on room status (vacant, occupied, out-of-order) Assist with cleaning rooms as needed to support the team Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and team-first mindset Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred
