We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper (Housekeeping Manager) to lead and elevate our housekeeping operations. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial services, to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service while fostering a positive team environment. Develop and implement cleaning protocols, schedules, and checklists aligned with industry best practices for hotel or hospitality settings. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational readiness. Oversee laundry operations for guest linens and staff uniforms, ensuring timely processing and quality control. Enforce health and safety regulations related to janitorial work, chemical handling, and sanitation procedures. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special projects or event setups requiring housekeeping support. Skills Proven experience in supervising housekeeping teams within hotel or hospitality environments. Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively. Extensive janitorial and custodial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques. Expertise in laundry operations specific to hospitality settings. Familiarity with cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
