Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Oversee daily housekeeping operations: Manage cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas Ensure room readiness: Coordinate housekeeping efforts to ensure rooms are cleaned and available for guests promptly and efficiently Manage departmental processes: Oversee systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement to drive efficiency and profitability Conduct inspections: Oversee and perform room and public area inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
