Role:

Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff , providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent service and high-quality results Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols , ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained to the highest standards Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and personnel activities Participate in facility inspections and provide feedback to ensure that the facility meets regulatory and accreditation standards

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cleaning operations , including floors, walls, and surfaces Coordinate and supervise deep cleaning and special projects , such as carpet cleaning and window cleaning Monitor and order supplies , ensuring that the department is well-stocked and efficient Develop and implement cost-saving measures , reducing waste and improving productivity Coordinate with other departments , such as maintenance, dietary, and admissions, to ensure a seamless and efficient operation

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or industry-related certifications a plus Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or a related field Excellent communication and leadership skills , with the ability to motivate and direct a team Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Flexibility to work varying shifts , including evenings and weekends
