This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dedicated team, implement efficient cleaning protocols, and uphold the pristine appearance of our property. Your leadership will directly contribute to creating a welcoming environment that guests love and remember. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for hospitality and proven supervisory experience. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleaning services across all areas of the property. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, standards, and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public spaces, laundry areas, and back-of-house facilities. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and brand guidelines. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Oversee laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens and uniforms. Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally to enhance guest experience. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations while maintaining a positive work environment for staff. Experience Proven supervising or management experience within hotel housekeeping or custodial services. Extensive janitorial or commercial cleaning background with a solid understanding of cleaning methods and equipment. Experience in laundry operations within a hospitality setting is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop team members effectively. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards related to cleanliness, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Prior hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by strong custodial or management expertise.
