FT Housekeeping Manager Join the Team at Aventura at Carriage Inn Aventura at Carriage Inn is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and storage spaces. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are consistently met. Manage inventory levels and order housekeeping supplies as needed. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and quality-control programs. Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient room turnover and prompt resolution of guest requests. Monitor labor costs and departmental budgets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations. Address guest concerns related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications Previous housekeeping management or supervisory experience in a nursing home or hospitality environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office applications is an asset. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required.
