Job Summary Spark Hotels is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee all housekeeping operations at the Holiday Inn Mentor. Your leadership will be vital to ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards, guest satisfaction, and efficient department performance. Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping department Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas meet brand cleanliness standards Schedule team and manage labor to align with occupancy and budget Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas and address issues as needed Manage department inventory, supplies, linen, and uniforms Oversee housekeeping budget, expenses, and inventory controls Ensure proper use and handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team development Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Working knowledge of cleaning standards, sanitation practices, and safety procedures Ability to manage labor, supplies, and departmental budgets Ability to work holidays and weekends as necessary Join Spark Hotels as a Housekeeping Supervisor to help create a clean, welcoming experience guests remember!
