Your Mission As Executive Housekeeper
  • Assistant, you will lead the daily housekeeping operation by: Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing housekeeping team Supervising Housekeepers and Public Area Attendants while maintaining positive team morale Scheduling team members to meet occupancy demands while maximizing efficiency Conducting room inspections to ensure every guest room meets Five Star quality standards Support laundry flow by helping strip linens and towels from rooms Ensuring guestrooms, public areas, laundry operations, and storage areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready Monitoring housekeeping productivity, quality scores, and labor performance Managing housekeeping inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling department expenses Coordinating with Maintenance and Front Desk to ensure rooms are available on time and guest concerns are resolved quickly Responding to guest concerns with our Best Yes philosophy to create win-win solutions Leading by example by jumping in wherever needed to support the team Creating a culture focused on teamwork, continuous improvement, safety, and hospitality excellence What Makes You Successful This position is ideal for someone who: Is a confident, servant-hearted leader who enjoys helping others succeed Leads with integrity, accountability, and professionalism Has exceptional attention to detail and refuses to compromise on cleanliness Can balance quality, efficiency, staffing, and guest satisfaction simultaneously Thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and remains calm under pressure Is highly organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities throughout the day Communicates clearly with team members and other departments Coaches through encouragement while holding team members accountable to expectations Takes ownership of problems and works proactively to solve them Leads by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Understands that every clean room represents a promise kept to our guests Previous hotel housekeeping leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Experience supervising teams, scheduling, coaching, inspections, and quality assurance is highly valued.
