Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain safety standards, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations. Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff to ensure efficient and thorough work Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness standards are maintained according to company policies and client requirements Ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper use of cleaning equipment, and safe handling of chemicals Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates on service quality Requirements Proven supervising experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
