Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at The Rogue Regency Inn with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and manage staff to deliver outstanding service. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations and supports the overall success of our property. Duties Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards Monitor quality control to uphold cleanliness standards across all areas of the property Schedule shifts and assign tasks to optimize productivity and coverage Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry areas, and custodial facilities Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and janitorial equipment Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management Supervising or leadership experience within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Knowledge of laundry operations and janitorial best practices Excellent organizational skills for scheduling and inventory management Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with staff and guests Demonstrated leadership in hospitality or housekeeping roles Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor and play a key role in creating a pristine environment that guests love!
