Property Readiness Manager

Property Readiness Manager At Family Time Vacation Rentals, we create spaces where families and friends come together to make lasting memories. We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Property Readiness Manager to help lead our property care operations in the Sisters area. This role is responsible for ensuring every home is fully clean, stocked, functional, inspected, and guest-ready before arrival. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable leading a team, and takes pride in maintaining high hospitality standards. What You'll Do Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff and inspectors Build and oversee daily schedules for cleans, and inspections Ensure all homes are guest-ready before arrival Monitor cleaning quality and uphold company standards Conduct spot checks and oversee inspections Manage inventory including linens, toiletries, and kitchen supplies Handle staffing gaps, call-outs, and operational issues as they arise Work closely with leadership to prepare homes for peak seasons Step in and assist with cleaning or inspections when needed What We're Looking For Leadership or management experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or housekeeping Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and leading a team Strong communication and accountability Must be dependable and able to work weekends and peak seasons
