Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Rayland Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and organized. The Housekeeping Supervisor will also be responsible for training new staff members, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring that all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working condition.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage housekeeping staff Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness Train new staff members on cleaning procedures Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Handle any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping

Requirements:

Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
