House Keeper and Manager / home chef Aspers Farm and Office Aspers, PA 17304 $20 an hour - Part-time $20 an hour - Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized House Keeper and Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. This role combines expert housekeeping skills with managerial responsibilities to ensure the home remains immaculate, well-maintained, and efficiently managed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational and home management skills. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, comfortable environment while managing household and coordinating various household activities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-end residence with professionalism and enthusiasm. This home also serves as a therapy office and farm. Clearances to work around children will be required. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of residential cleaning, including deep cleaning, laundry, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the property Manage and supervise household care including cleaning, cooking, purchasing, childcare (minimal), and organization. Coordinate household schedules, appointments, and events such as dinners or gatherings through effective event planning skills Provide childcare support as needed, ensuring child safety, engagement, and daily routines are smoothly maintained Handle administrative tasks related to household management, including inventory control, supply ordering, and communication Assist with meal preparation and cooking to meet dietary preferences and maintain high culinary standards Ensure the home's overall organization by supervising property maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness routines in alignment with hospitality standards Skills Proven experience in housekeeping management or residential cleaning with attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in event planning for family gatherings or social occasions within a private residence Background in childcare or babysitting with a caring and responsible approach Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for household members and visitors Supervising experience managing household functions or service teams effectively Proficiency in laundry services, cooking, and general household chores with an emphasis on quality standards Administrative experience related to property management or household operations for optimal experience Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry practices for delivering exceptional service quality Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining flexibility for unexpected needs This role promises an engaging work environment where your organizational prowess and hospitality expertise will shine.
