This role leads and supports housekeeping team members, manages schedules and supplies, and helps maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Hire, train, schedule, and support housekeeping and laundry team members to ensure high-quality service. Maintain infection control, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the community. Manage department supplies, equipment, linen inventory, and budget-related purchasing. Conduct inspections, address maintenance or safety concerns, and ensure compliance with community policies and procedures.
