Job Description
•$500 SIGN
Adequate knowledge of the Resort/Hospitality Industry.
Assist in on-going training process. Ensure neat, clean appearance and enforce among employees Ability to interview, hire, evaluate training, and schedule. Hold Goals of Team above all individual goals.
Coordinate, train, and supervise staff on a daily basis.

To maintain a high quality standard of cleanliness and provide courteous service to the guest.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES
Experience in interviewing and scheduling. Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. Ability to listen carefully in order to understand and respond to guest concerns. Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively to staff. Self-motivated, dedicated and loyal.SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts. The weekly hours would consist of 40-50 hours.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position requires the supervision of approximately 100+ housekeeping employees.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITES
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to perform basic math skills. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. The employee must be able to lift or exert force up to 50 pounds. They must be able to carry baskets of cleaning supplies, vacuum, sets of sheets and towels, blankets and bedspreads. They must, also, be able to move carts on wheels, small chairs, nightstands, dressers, rollaway beds and cribs. Working at this job, the employee encounters the following conditions: wet or humid conditions (non-weather), working near moving mechanical parts, and outdoor weather conditions. They also encounter moderate to loud noise levels.Culture:
