Housekeeping Inspector

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Inspector to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance standards across our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas meet our high-quality standards, adhere to safety protocols, and promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene of our property, supporting guest satisfaction, and upholding brand reputation. Candidates with backgrounds in hotel experience, hospitality, janitorial work, industrial cleaning, or custodial management are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Identify areas requiring cleaning or maintenance attention and communicate findings to the housekeeping team or management. Verify that all cleaning procedures comply with company policies and health regulations. Monitor the quality of floor care, including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and other flooring treatments. Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment, including industrial cleaning tools. Assist in training housekeeping staff on inspection procedures and quality standards. Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for accountability purposes. Collaborate with housekeeping management to develop improvement plans for areas needing enhanced cleanliness or safety measures. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality services, janitorial work, or custodial roles is highly preferred. Experience with industrial cleaning processes and floor care techniques is advantageous. Background in housekeeping management or supervisory roles will be considered a strong asset. Familiarity with cleaning standards and safety protocols within hospitality or industrial environments is desirable. Proven ability to conduct detailed inspections and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. Pay:

$18.00 - $18.70 per hour
