In this energetic role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high standards of hygiene, and motivate your team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a pristine, safe, and inviting space that exceeds expectations and elevates guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are cleaned efficiently and to the highest standards Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote teamwork, professionalism, and quality service Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to optimize productivity while maintaining flexibility for special requests or urgent needs Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety protocols Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; place orders as needed to maintain stock levels Enforce health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and equipment use Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly and resolve any cleanliness issues proactively Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong background in janitorial or industrial cleaning Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory positions demonstrating leadership skills Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, upholstery maintenance, and general sanitation practices Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence Ability to train staff effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills to motivate team members and coordinate with other departments Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences through impeccable cleanliness.
