Job Description

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Washington Casino Area is currently seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join their team. This position requires a candidate with at least 3 years of Housekeeping experience as a manager or supervisor in the hospitality industry. The Executive Housekeeper provides and ensures the cleanliness and product quality of the hotel for all guests and staff. Plans, delegates, directs and inspects all daily, weekly and monthly tasks of the Housekeeping and Laundry functions of the hotel. Monitors guest needs with respect to Housekeeping and resolve guest issues through coordination with other departments. Responsible for the interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling and evaluation of all Housekeeping and Laundry staff. Conducts product and supply inventory on a monthly basis.
