Housekeeping Supervisor

We're seeking a friendly, compassionate team player to lead our housekeeping team! As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring guests enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable environment to relax and unwind.

Responsibilities Leadership:

Foster a positive and supportive team culture, inspiring morale, passion, and quality.

Ensure Excellence:

Inspect and guide team members to meet standards for room readiness, cleaning quality, and guest service.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing housekeeping team.

Operational Efficiency:

Delegate tasks, and optimize workflows for efficient operations.

Coach and Assess:

Perform daily inspections and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Follow Best Practices:

Adhere to all HHS cleaning procedures and protocols.

Deliver Outstanding Service:

Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests.

Support Your Team:

Assist team members and management as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Teamwork:

Strong ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.

Organization:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Customer Service:

Passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Physical Requirements Mobility:

Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, kneel, and reach continuously throughout a shift.

Lifting:

Capable of pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lbs.) on both tile and carpeted floors.

Chemical Handling:

Must handle cleaning chemicals, including bleach, wax, and disinfectants.

Equipment Operation:

Proficient in operating equipment necessary for essential job functions.
