Cleaning Assistant Manager

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Assign duties and monitor performance to optimize team productivity. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards. Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance. Address client concerns promptly, providing solutions that enhance satisfaction and uphold service quality. Lead by example in maintaining a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, with a strong background in janitorial or hospitality services. Supervising or management experience in a cleaning or housekeeping setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and custodial best practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with staff, clients, and vendors.
