Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Join Our Team at Beaufort Memorial Hospital We are seeking an experienced and motivated Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor to lead our second-shift housekeeping team at Beaufort Memorial Hospital. This role is responsible for overseeing daily environmental services operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Supervise and support Environmental Services staff during assigned shifts Ensure patient rooms, public areas, offices, and clinical spaces meet cleanliness standards Conduct quality inspections and follow up on corrective actions as needed Coordinate staffing assignments and daily work schedules Train, coach, and develop team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Monitor supply inventory and assist with ordering and distribution of materials Address employee performance concerns and recognize outstanding performance Collaborate with hospital leadership to support patient satisfaction initiatives Ensure compliance with all hospital, OSHA, infection prevention, and safety standards Qualifications Previous Environmental Services, Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Healthcare leadership experience preferred Supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift High School Diploma or GED preferred What We Offer Competitive pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Full-time stable schedule Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holiday pay Opportunities for career advancement and professional development The chance to make a meaningful impact in a healthcare environment If you are a motivated leader who is passionate about maintaining a safe and healing environment for patients, families, and staff, we encourage you to apply today.
