Schedule:

Full-Time; Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to work varied shifts.

Position Summary:

• Assists in training housekeeping staff, including safety, security, department procedures and service guidelines.
• Assists in scheduling staff according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas throughout the resort.
• Maintains inventory at appropriate par levels ensure employees have necessary tools and supplies to perform their duties.
• Perform shift associated work such as room assignment, vacant room discrepancy reports, and departure reports.
• Assist in all department meetings.
• Documents and communicate maintenance requests to engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met.
• Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assists in the performance review process.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
