Pay:

$18.00/hour (Full-Time) + Time-and-a-half for any overtime hours over 40 in a week.

Location:

19 Vendue Range—steps from Waterfront Park, Charleston City Market, and Rainbow Row. What You'll Do (Primary Duties) You will function as the ultimate curator of room perfection and the primary link between housekeeping personnel and the rest of our property team.

Master of Details:

Perform thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and all elements match our high company standards.

Collaborate:

Examine rooms for damages upon departure and communicate directly with Maintenance to issue work orders for any needed repairs.

VIP Hospitality:

Liaison dynamically between Housekeeping and Guest Services to rapidly carry out special requests for VIPs and repeat visitors.

Mentor:

Take initiative in developing, coaching, and training other housekeeping staff members. Who You Are (Job Requirements)

Experienced:

1+ years of hotel housekeeping inspector experience.

Knowledgeable:

High school diploma or equivalent (an associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality/hotel management is a major plus!) and familiar with industry best practices.

Capable:

Accurate and fast under pressure, self-motivated, organized, and a stellar team player.

Communicative:

Fluent in English to seamlessly connect with the team and follow directions safely.

Flexible:

Ready to work a dynamic schedule based on hotel demand, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical:
