Position Overview:
Guest Room Inspector Were looking for a detail-oriented and organized Guest Room Inspector to join our hospitality team. In this role, youll be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of guest rooms, providing feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff, and stepping into the Head Housekeeper role when needed. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hotel housekeeping experience, including 1 year in a leadership position, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining company and brand standards. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.
