Executive Housekeeper (Project Manager) Charleston AFB - Healthcare Environmental Cleaning

Job Overview MBM Inc. is seeking an experienced and credentialed Executive Housekeeper (EH) to lead our Healthcare Environmental Cleaning (HEC) operations at Charleston AFB Health Clinic (628th Medical Group) . The EH will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise EVS Technicians, manage supplies and compliance, and ensure contract performance in alignment with Department of Defense healthcare standards. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and efficient cleaning services that support infection control and patient well-being across outpatient clinical environments. Duties Lead daily HEC operations at one Health Clinic Supervise and schedule EVS Technicians (Housekeepers & Floor Technicians) Ensure contract and regulatory compliance (DHA, OSHA, AHE, HIPAA) Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and routine reporting Manage inventory, supplies, and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) documentation Collaborate with military and contractor leadership, including TOCOR Oversee onboarding, training, and credentialing of site staff Serve as the on-site point of contact for all operational matters Requirements Experience managing environmental services in a medical facility (preferably DoD or equivalent civilian) CESE (Certified/Registered Environmental Services Executive) Certified.
