In this vital role, you will oversee daily housekeeping activities, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and motivate our team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning schedules and high-quality service delivery Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to verify cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Address guest requests or concerns promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and enthusiasm Implement cleaning protocols for various surfaces including floors, carpets, upholstery, and fixtures to maintain pristine conditions Enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for staff and guests Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial services within a hospitality setting Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial practices Excellent attention to detail with the ability to conduct comprehensive inspections Leadership skills to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence Ability to manage inventory, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with housekeeping management systems or related software is a plus Join us in delivering outstanding cleanliness and hospitality excellence!
