Job Description
Saltwater Grande is seeking inspectors for high-end vacation rental properties. Guests are not required to book Saturday - Saturday reservations, therefore arrivals are typically spread throughout the week, and multiple inspections may occur on any day of the week. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Inspecting units for damages and maintenance concerns after guests departure Inspecting cleanliness of condos and homes after cleaning has been performed Checking lightbulbs, batteries, remotes, etc. for proper functioning Assembling gift bags. Replacing parking passes, pool bands, etc. Entering work orders when necessary.
