Role Summary:

Completes housekeeping duties and leads the housekeeping staff in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper to ensure clean rooms in a welcoming environment. Swiftly responds to all guest inquiries in a way that fulfills their needs and the needs of the hotel. Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Key Outcomes:

Performs duties of housekeeping attendant as necessary Monitors, verifies, and documents the inspection of rooms to ensure all standards are met Efficiently manages the daily schedule and assignment of housekeeping duties Provides direction and coaching to team members Maintains all inventories and ensures linen closets are appropriately maintained Supervises the completion of short notice requests for rooms, and prioritizes special cleaning requests Listens and sincerely apologizes when addressing guest problems, and promptly finds a solution Prepares requests for replacement assets and follows up to ensure completion Invest in our three core values of the Hegg vision: We Always Find a Way Be Better Every Day We Are Better Together Benefits include
