Turnover Cleaning Manager (Full-Time) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Turnover Cleaning Manager to lead our turnover cleaning operations. Our company partners with property management companies to provide professional move-out deep cleaning services, ensuring apartments and rental properties are move-in ready for new residents. Position Overview The Turnover Cleaning Manager will oversee cleaning crews, inspect completed work, coordinate schedules, and ensure all properties meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Manage and supervise turnover cleaning staff Perform quality inspections of completed move-out cleans Train and coach team members on company cleaning standards Coordinate schedules and assignments to meet deadlines Ensure all units are thoroughly cleaned and move-in ready Communicate with property managers and address any concerns promptly Monitor inventory and cleaning supplies Assist with cleaning duties as needed Qualifications Previous residential, commercial, or turnover cleaning experience required Prior leadership or management experience preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods What We Offer Full-time hours Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work with established property management clients Opportunities for advancement and growth Supportive team environment If you take pride in delivering outstanding results and have the leadership skills to manage a high-performing cleaning team, we encourage you to apply today.
