Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Weekend Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team during weekends. In this role, you will oversee cleaning operations, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will help maintain a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to safety and excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate weekend housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning routines Monitor cleaning quality, including dusting, vacuuming, bathroom sanitation, and laundry services Assign tasks and provide training on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures Conduct inspections to uphold cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance their experience Enforce health and safety protocols in line with company policies and industry standards Requirements Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or custodial services Strong background in cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and hospitality industry standards Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities preferred Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work weekends consistently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Weekend Housekeeping Supervisor and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional cleanliness and service.
