Housekeeping Supervisor

Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards to ensure consistent excellence Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to foster a high-performance team environment Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize resource use Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards Address guest requests or complaints promptly to resolve issues effectively and maintain guest satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and uphold the overall guest experience Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial leadership roles within the hospitality industry Strong background in cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial practices Familiarity with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation and maintenance as well as inventory control systems Previous experience with hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Join us in creating memorable experiences by maintaining pristine environments that guests love!
