This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the property. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in building strong teams and maintaining Hilton-level service standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms and public areas Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping team members Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met Conduct room inspections and quality assurance checks Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, and linen control Coordinate with front desk and maintenance departments to ensure efficient operations Maintain compliance with Hilton brand standards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines Monitor labor productivity and department performance Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly Qualifications Previous housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel required Hilton experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team effectively Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction Experience with scheduling and inventory management Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required What We Offer Opportunity to lead a department in a brand-new Hilton property Competitive salary Hilton team member travel benefits Paid training and development Career growth opportunities Positive and professional work environment
