This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming commercial environments. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety standards, and supports our mission to "Create a Culture of Clean." Key Responsibilities Learn details of multiple locations, provide assistance to Cleaner(s), cover shifts as needed even at a moments notice for night shift accounts Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Restock supplies such as paper products and soap Perform floor care tasks to maintain appearance and safety Assist with custodial services in offices, churches, and industrial facilities Report maintenance issues or repair needs promptly Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to guidelines Work collaboratively with team members on larger cleaning projects Operate floor machines and multi surface cleaning machines Communicatae direeectly with Cleaning Managers Required Skills & Abilities Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Physical stamina for lifting, moving materials, and extended standing Ability to follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols Strong communication skills Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to consistently work betweeen 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM scheduled shifts Preferred Qualifications Janitorial or custodial experience Commercial or industrial cleaning background (preferred, not required) Floor care experience Facilities maintenance or porter experience Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment Why Join Us?
