Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities. Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to ensure consistent delivery of quality cleaning and custodial services. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and quality control procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation. Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely processing of linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with attention to detail. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness standards, safety compliance, and maintenance needs; address issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep cleans during low occupancy periods. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning services, custodial work, or janitorial roles within a hospitality or hotel environment. Supervising experience with a strong background in managing teams and leading staff effectively. Knowledge of hotel housekeeping management practices and standards for commercial cleaning. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop team members. Experience with laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards in a hospitality setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments effectively.
