In this vital role, you will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a pristine environment that exceeds guest and staff expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to demonstrate leadership in hospitality cleaning services while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Duties Supervise daily cleaning operations across all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, offices, and back-of-house facilities. Coordinate cleaning schedules, assign tasks to housekeeping staff, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as floor care—including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing floors—to maintain a polished appearance. Oversee janitorial duties involving waste disposal, sanitation of restrooms, and replenishment of supplies to uphold hygiene standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness standards; address any deficiencies promptly. Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and timely replenishment. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management within hospitality settings or similar environments. Strong background in cleaning techniques, including floor care and industrial cleaning methods. Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service. Experience with janitorial equipment, custodial procedures, and safety protocols related to industrial cleaning. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to coordinate with staff and ensure smooth operations.
