This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for maintaining exceptional guest experiences, developing a large team, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing large housekeeping teams within luxury hotel environments and thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused setting. Responsibilities Lead all housekeeping, laundry, and public area operations across the property Manage staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management for a team of 100+ employees Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and laundry facilities to ensure quality and brand standards are consistently met Oversee departmental budgets, labor management, inventory control, and supply purchasing Partner with Engineering and other departments to resolve maintenance issues and improve operational efficiency Handle guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency Lead daily operational meetings and communicate priorities to management and staff Drive employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety regulations, chemical handling procedures, and workplace standards Support special projects, operational improvements, and facility upgrades as needed Qualifications 5+ years of housekeeping leadership experience within a luxury hotel environment Experience managing teams of 100+ employees Strong background overseeing both housekeeping and laundry operations Proven experience with budgeting, labor management, scheduling, and inventory control Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience conducting room inspections and maintaining luxury service standards Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and cleaning best practices Experience working with hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office Ability to lead large teams while maintaining a positive, service-focused culture Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Experience leading diverse workforces Luxury resort or historic hotel experience Experience managing large-volume hospitality operations Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $95,000
